The majority of our products can be shipped to any address in the world via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please note that there can be restrictions on some products, and some destinations outside the states. By placing an order with us you will receive shipping costs and delivery times from us. We are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage that occurs during shipping.


We may refuse or cancel any order and limit the quantity of any products in our sole discretion. Before accepting or processing any order, some additional information can be required. Receipt of an order confirmation from us does not mean our acceptance of an order or confirmation of our offer to sell the products or services on this site. Receipt of written acceptance simply suggests that we have received your order. We reserve the right, at any time, to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed and paid, we will refund the billed amount.

After receiving the order, in case you are not 100% contented with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date you may either return your purchased product to us for a full refund or exchange it for another product of equal value. If the products are damaged or defective, it must be evidenced by a photograph of the damaged product and the shipping box. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


You are not certified to return the products which were acquired during clearance, final sales, or quantity discounts, or else are incomplete, partial, or used.


Within fifteen (15) days of delivery of product, a notice of reason to return must be sent to us. You must send the returns thirty (30) days of delivery of product and postmarked within that time.
Product must be returned in its original packaging and original delivery box.


In case of not accepting the return, we will provide notice of its decision and the reason. In this case we will return the product to the customer on their own expenses for shipping. The customer serves the right to request to dispose of the product.


Any refund is subject to a thorough review and inspection to check if the product is returnable, damaged or defective, and in full correspondence with these terms and conditions.

If the refund request is approved, it will be processed within five (5) days after it and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

All returns that are accepted are subject to a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.
